Mission Implementation

For the purpose of carrying out the Mission the Ministry has adopted a triple policy approach to National Integration, Peace Building and Constitutional Reform.

National Integration: To promote multiculturalism and implement the official languages policy. To develop policies and educate people on ethnic, religious and social harmony.

Peace Building: To mobilize and activate the people towards the immediate need to achieve peace and national reconciliation.

Constitutional Reform : To promote and bring progressive reforms for increased democracy, devolution of power, people based electoral system while preserving constitutionalism and rule of law.
